I adopted Buddy (Junior) when I had first moved to Arizona about 2 years ago. Since then he has had tons of adventures since I am married to a Marine. He has traveled to California, where he experienced similar weather to what he was used to in Arizona. There he ended up getting a new friend who tends to get on his nerves at times, but still loves her all the same. Her name is Keeley and she is much younger than him. We also adopted her from an animal shelter. After about a year, my husband had to deploy for the second time and we were expecting a little bundle of joy. So, our next adventure was moving back to Wyoming. Buddy and Keeley had so much fun there since it was their first time experiencing snow. Keeley loved to play with it, while Buddy preferred to be inside next to me if I didn't stay outdoors with them. It was also the first time we had had a yard so they could have all the fun they wanted. They also got to experience tons of fun in the snow and rain when I when I went
to stay with my mom in Montana after the baby was born. After that it was frequent trips between the two. After 8 or 9 months, my husband finally returned and we have made our way back to California. Only this time it was to the actual desert. From here we will be moving again in a few months to Oregon for yet another new adventure for a couple years and from there, who knows. Buddy has been with me every step of the way and is my loyal companion. He would be a lap dog if he wasn't so big haha. I hope he will be around for as many of these new adventures as possible and continue to watch over my daughter, as well as give her tons of kisses as he likes to do, since he is now 10 years old. I will cherish every moment we get to share.
