Franklin/AKA-

This is Franklin, I know. She's a girl but I love the name Frank so I extended the name to make it sound more girlie. Lol. Anyway, my girls thought I needed a cat to keep me company since I lived alone. I wasn't thrilled about the idea at first but they insisted. So for a Christmas present they paid for her adoption and all of the things she would need to start. We went to FFL because my daughter adopted her cat from there and she said they really care about their animals. We met with Ann who was awesome. You could tell that she really loved all of the cats that were there. She asked me what I was looking for. I told her I would prefer an older cat. Didn't want to deal with a over active kitten. She showed me some of the older ones which were all adorable but I didn't feel a connection. I was losing hope until I mentioned that I would love a black and white cat. She smiled and led me to a room in the back. She opened the door and TA DA!!! there she was. As you can see,
she's beautiful. She's so soft and fluffy and for all that fur she hardly sheds. I picked her up and she started purring so loud. I fell in love. I was afraid she'd run and hide when I brought her home but she didn't. She was so comfortable that it was like a match made in heaven. She's my baby. I love her and I'm soooo glad the girls talked me into it. She's going to the doctor next week for a full physical to make sure she's healthy. Fingers crossed! I want to thank you FFL.
