We had lost two of our beloved dogs within two weeks of each other this Summer. One was our 15 year old lab mix we'd adopted from F4L when she was a puppy. Streudel's pic was on the website and I had no idea she would still be there several weeks later. We needed to make sure Streudel (now known as Sugar) would get along with our 5 year old shepherd mix and she did. After a brief few days of introduction, she has since won our hearts and is the most delightful companion. We took her on a road trip and she was an outstanding little traveler. Everyone fell in love with her. We left grandma's house early in the morning and she'd had so much fun she stayed at the door and wasn't sure if she was staying or going. Once we called her and her tail flew up and she ran into our arms it was our reassurance she was our forever dog in her new forever home. Thanks F4L for all you do! The unique personality of this little dog is truly a gift and she's a fantastic little snuggler.
