When my yourngest son was going away to college we decided he needed company, someone to be there for him when he came home, some one to keep him company.
We never had a cat before, we thought we were "dog" people! Well, our hearts changed so fast when we took in a stray kitty "Jake" during the summer or 2010. We didn't end up keeping him because we were getting ready for a move and it was so stressful to pack and get things ready with a kitten to be responsible for. So we adopted him to a friend. From the hour we gave him away our hearts ached! We missed Jake so much! Right then we decided after we moved and got settled into our new home we would adopt a kitten. Thru prayer and a very special volunteer "Andrea" keeping hers eyes peeled for us we found "Lex"! Formerly know as Lilly.
We love, love , love, her soooo much.
I can't believe that I am a cat lover now. She is all I talk about. One of my sons tells me that she is the little girl I always wanted and couldn't have. Boy thats the truth.
